Due to his allegations that the voting machines in the 2020 election swapped the votes, resulting in Joe Biden’s unconstitutional victory, big box merchants like Kroger, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohls, Wayfair, and others have removed his merchandise from their stores. For the past 15 months, My Pillow’s CEO Mike Lindell has been accused of lying.
Democrats have attacked the Michigan Constitutional attorney Matt DePerno, who hasn’t given up on his legal battle in Antrim County, MI, to prove voting machines can switch votes. Matt DePerno hopes to challenge current Attorney General Dana Nessel in the November 2022 election if he wins the nomination of the MI Republican delegates.
During questioning by Republican Senator Ted Cruz during a Senate Rules Committee hearing on Wednesday afternoon, Dara Lindenbaum, an election lawyer and former general counsel for Stacey Abrams’ campaign, acknowledged signing a “legal pleading” that claimed Georgia’s 2018 voting machines switched votes illegally from one candidate to another.

Election lawyer Dara Lindenbaum in November 2018 signed on to a federal legal complaint on behalf of Abrams’s Fair Fight Action. The complaint questioned the constitutionality of Georgia’s 2018 election, which saw Abrams lose to Republican governor Brian Kemp in a race she never conceded. Warnock’s Ebenezer Baptist Church joined the suit in early 2019, just months before the Democrat entered Georgia’s 2020 Senate race.
On behalf of Abrams’ Fair Fight Action, election attorney Dara Lindenbaum joined a federal civil complaint in November 2018. In the complaint, Abrams’ loss to Republican governor Brian Kemp in Georgia’s 2018 election—which she refused to concede—was questioned as to its validity. In the early months of 2019, only months before the Democrat entered Georgia’s 2020 Senate contest, Warnock’s Ebenezer Baptist Church joined the lawsuit.
The state of Georgia “grossly mishandled” the election by denying “Georgia people, and particularly citizens of the color of their constitutional right to vote,” the complaint claims. The case claims that Georgia’s election “violated the First, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.”
The complaint also lamented the use of “insecure and unreliable” electronic voting machines that “without a paper trail” and thus “cannot be audited.” It is even claimed in the lawsuit that “voter suppression” led to an election being “stolen.” Lindenbaum joined a federal lawsuit challenging the election results. Voting machines that were “unreliable,” according to the complaint, even “switched” ballots from Abrams to Kemp.
Although the case is still pending, Fair Fight and other plaintiffs submitted changes to the complaint in December 2020 that eliminated many of the technical details regarding the voting apparatus. The answer was made in response to former president Donald Trump’s assertion that voting machine malfunctions were to blame for his defeat by Biden.
Our country has a serious problem with the truth. Two years ago, when Mike Lindell and Matt Deperno said the same thing, the media and their Democratic party attacked them. Now, the top attorney representing a Democrat operative has admitted that Georgia’s voting machines switched votes, which is a problem and exposes Biden to criticism.
