Resolution to remove Maxine Waters will be introduced by Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters of California will be expelled from Congress, according to a resolution that will be introduced by Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia.

In a statement released on Sunday, Greene said she will “be submitting a motion to eject Rep. Maxine Waters from Congress for her continuous instigation of violence.”

The Republican legislator singled out Waters for criticism when she addressed demonstrators at a rally in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, on Saturday. After police fatally shot 20-year-old Daunte Wright on April 11 following a traffic check, protests erupted in the city last week.

Waters told reporters on Saturday that she is “going to fight with all of the people who stand for justice,” adding, “We’ve got to get justice in this country, and we cannot allow these killings to continue,” Fox News reported.

If Chauvin is not found guilty, Waters told reporters when asked about Chauvin’s trial, “we’ve got to stay on the street and we’ve got to get more active. We must engage in more conflict. In addition to making other remarks on the trial and police violence in the U.S., Fox News stated, “We’ve got to make sure that them know that we mean business.

On Sunday morning, two National Guardsmen suffered minor injuries when someone in an SUV fired at them while they were providing neighborhood security in Minneapolis, ABC News reported.

One guardsman was taken to the hospital for glass-related injuries, while the other’s injuries were described as superficial. It’s not yet known who fired the shots.

Meanwhile  Maxine Waters—Who is the House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman—has paid her daughter tens of thousands of dollars more in campaign funds this year.

Campaign finance records reviewed by Fox News show that the congresswoman’s campaign has paid her daughter, Karen Waters, a cumulative $74,000 in donor cash through September.

The last quarter alone saw over $20,000 go to the younger Waters, which is nearly a third of the median American household income in 2020, according to the Census Bureau.

Waters’ daughter has received over $1.1 million for her work on her mother’s campaigns since 2003. In fact, the 2020 election cycle alone saw $250,000 funneled to the House Financial Services Committee chairwoman’s daughter.

The National Guardsmen in Minnesota were the target of a drive-by shooting early on Sunday, according to Greene, who stated that Waters’ remarks “led to additional bloodshed.”

Her commands, which were seen on camera at the Brooklyn Center last night, “directly caused additional violence and a drive-by shooting on National Guardsmen in Minnesota early this morning” after crossing state borders to stir rioting.
